部门简介：
部门属于OARDC（Oracle亚洲研发中心），主要跟Oracle Japan合作，做一些数据库产品的QA以及新特性的测试。现在开始要做一些partner的support，比如DB2/Sybase迁移到 Oracle，单机Oracle升级到RAC，还有Exadata2等。外语要求至少会英语，会日语更好。工作地点在中关村软件园，工作内容上比较轻松，基本能按时下班。期待大家的加盟。有意者请把简历发到xichang.ye(at)oracle.com 和 admin@tcpwork.com，合适人选会尽快安排笔试面试。
招聘职位：
1. (Senior) Member of Database Technical Staff
KEY OBJECTIVE: :
Perform Installation/Upgrade/Sanity Check, Function Testing, Performance Testing, New Feature Evaluation for Oracle Server products including CRS/RAC/Goldengate, working with Oracle Japan and global development teams to deliver Oracle server products with high quality.
Job Description:
?Design and implement installation/regression/function test suites for the products.
?Execute test suites on Windows/Linux/Unix to discover defects in the products.
?Evaluate new feature of product and writing relevant documents
?Cooperate with global development teams to track and fix the bugs.
?Communicate with Oracle Japan to make sure products?quality is satisfied by Japanese customers
?Verify requests from Japan partner and provide technical support
Required Skill Areas:
?BS or above in computer science or equivalent
?Extensive experience with Unix platforms
?Solid Oracle database experience
?DB2 and Sybase experience will be a big plus
?Good English communication skills, especially in writing, listening and verbal. CET 6 or equivalent.
?Japanese will be a plus
?Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
?Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
?Self-Motivated, Thorough and creative.
?Good team player
2. Data Model Solution Developer
KEY OBJECTIVE
Perform data model development and customization which combines pre-built data mining, OLAP to help user jump-start the design and implementation of a data warehouse to quickly achieve a positive ROI for data warehousing and business intelligence project.
Work with Oracle Japan and global development teams to deliver products with high quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with Oracle Japan consultants to make requirements definition for Japan market, especially for retail and telecom industry
2. Perform Data Warehousing data model benchmark testing, solution development, and customization by analyzing various available reference models, industry content, individual�s own research and Oracle�s standard functional data model
3. Build test plans and execute testing
4. Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices around data modeling effort
Qualifications
1. BS or above in computer science or equivalent
2. Extensive hands-on experiences in DW development or implementation with modeling tool (Designer 2K, Erwin, Rational Rose, etc) is big plus
3. Experiences in business intelligence and data warehousing including OLAP and Data Mining is preferred
4. 5+ years of SQL and PL/SQL experience
5. 5+ years business systems development experience with Oracle Database
6. Retail or telecom industry knowledge is a big plus
7. Experience with Entity-Relationship Diagram will be a big plus
8. Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
9. Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
10. Good English communication skills, especially in writing, listening and verbal. CET 6 or equivalent.
11. Japanese will be a plus
12. Self-Motivated, Thorough and creative.
