Web Production Manager
Adobe is looking for a Web Production Lead to manage the Beijing-based web production team for localized Adobe.com websites. Candidates must have experience in content production of a web site; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/resources.
As a Web Production Lead, you will manage the production team to ensure successful completion of deadline-driven projects. You will also work with multiple regional clients to ensure local marketing needs are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and direct production resources
- Programming and managing content on localized Adobe.com
- Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features/updates across web site
- Update regional content of all sites working with local marketing content providers.
- Provide status updates for production team
Requirements:
- Previous people management experience
- At least three to five years of project management experience in Web Production
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, organization, decision making, and self-motivation
- Strong English spoken, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with geographically distributed team
- Previous experience in web deployment a plus
- Previous experience in Javascript, AJAX, and CSS a plus
