Web Production Manager
Adobe is looking for a Web Production Lead to manage the Beijing-based web production team for localized Adobe.com websites. Candidates must have experience in content production of a web site; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/resources.
As a Web Production Lead, you will manage the production team to ensure successful completion of deadline-driven projects. You will also work with multiple regional clients to ensure local marketing needs are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and direct production resources
- Programming and managing content on localized Adobe.com
- Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features/updates across web site
- Update regional content of all sites working with local marketing content providers.
- Provide status updates for production team
Requirements:
- Previous people management experience
- At least three to five years of project management experience in Web Production
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, organization, decision making, and self-motivation
- Strong English spoken, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with geographically distributed team
- Previous experience in web deployment a plus
- Previous experience in Javascript, AJAX, and CSS a plus

Web Producer
Adobe is looking for Web Producers for web production on localized Adobe.com websites. Candidates must have experience in daily content production of a large web site; strong HTML skills; and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
As a Web Producer, you must be able to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently. You will be expected to work with peer Producers, as well as regional Marketing content partners to contribute to the success of Adobe.com.
Responsibilities include:
- Programming and managing content on localized Adobe.com
- Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features/updates across web site
- Update regional content of all sites working with local marketing content providers.
- Adhere to Adobe design and production guidelines as provided and communicated by international web team.
- Work collaboratively with regional office(s), in-country resources and the international web team to establish content and publishing plans for their respective sites.
- Be an active member of the company’s international web team.
- May be called upon to supervise complex projects to completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Candidates must have three to five years of online content production experience, including web publishing and version control
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office
- Detailed-oriented
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Adobe products and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Ability to work with geographically distributed team
- Previous experience in web deployment a plus
- Knowledge of a second European language would be an advantage
- Previous experience in Javascript, AJAX, and CSS a plus
